The surgical wing expansion demanded 380 new spaces before the first patient arrived. We broke ground in March, ran dual precast erection crews, and delivered in 14 months — two months ahead of the hospital's occupancy deadline. Four above-grade decks, EV conduit roughed in on every level.

Millbrook Downtown Mixed-Use Garage
Millbrook, TN
The city's bond program needed a structure that anchored a full block of mixed-use redevelopment — retail at grade, six decks above. Cast-in-place gave the city the long-term durability profile their engineers required. Ground-floor retail bays delivered to shell condition. 720 spaces opened with the adjacent hotel.

Ridgecrest University Campus Deck A

The facilities director had watched three surface lots consume acreage the university needed back for green space and pedestrian corridors. Five precast decks reclaimed 4.2 acres. Crew of 10 erected 3,800 sq ft of deck per day. The structure opened before spring semester registration — on the schedule the provost had promised the board of trustees.
